TPWC – Transparent & Predicatable Working Conditions
- It guarantees the minimum standard of working conditions in the modern labour market and world of work.
- It aims to guarantee predictable and stable employment conditions for employees.
- In terms of parallel employment, an employer may not prohibit a worker from taking up employment with other employers, outside the work schedule established with that employer.
Where a worker’s work pattern is entirely or mostly unpredictable, the worker shall not be required to work by the employer unless a reasonable notice period is given:
30 days – 6 weeks or more work assignment;
15 days – 2 weeks up to 5 weeks work assignment; 7 days – more than 1 week up to 2 weeks;
3 days – between 5 and 7 days;
1 day – less than 5 days
Right of refusal of the worker if the above is not followed.
